At Wigs and Hair Lounge, we take pride in offering high-quality wigs, bundles, and hairpieces. We provide detailed product descriptions, visuals, and in-store assistance to help you make the best choice before purchasing.

Because wigs and hair products are personal-use items, we kindly ask that you shop carefully and review all product details before confirming your order.

Please Note — We Do Not Accept Returns Due To:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect length expectations (we provide accurate measuring guides and visuals)
  • Fit issues (cap sizes are standard medium/average and include adjustable straps)

 

Returns Are Only Accepted If:

  • You received the wrong item, or
  • The product is defective or damaged upon delivery

 

Return Eligibility

  • To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
  • Unworn and unused (not washed, styled, or altered)
  • Lace must remain uncut
  • No products applied (such as dye, oil, or heat styling)
  • Returned in its original packaging

 

Strictly No Returns or Exchanges on:

  • Glueless wigs (for hygiene reasons)
  • Bundles, closures, and frontals
  • Sale or discounted items

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 48 hours.
Refunds are made via bank transfer to your provided details and exclude courier or delivery fees.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only available if you received the wrong product or if your item arrived damaged.
In such cases, we would cover the courier costs for the exchange.
