Lay-By & Payment Options
At Wigs and Hair Lounge, we offer flexible payment options to make your hair goals easier to achieve. 💕
💅 In-Store Lay-By:
Yes, we do offer lay-by options in-store only.
- Payment term: 2 months
- 40% deposit is required to secure your order
- Please contact the store for full lay-by terms and conditions
Online Payments with PayFlex:
We are in the process of registering with PayFlex. We will update the website once it is done.

If You’re Not Happy with Your Purchase
We want you to absolutely love your hair! 💕
If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you may return your purchase within 7 days of receiving it — if it meets our return conditions.
✅ To qualify for a return, your item must be:
- In its original condition
- Unworn and unwashed
- Not plucked, combed out, dyed, or styled
- With the lace uncut and all original packaging intact

- Glueless wigs are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for hygiene reasons.
- Returns that don’t meet these conditions cannot be accepted.
