• All prices are listed in South African Rands (ZAR) and include VAT.
• Payment must be made in full before products are released.
• We accept card, cash, and store lay-by payments (see Lay-by Policy below).

• Once purchased, please handle your hair products with care.
• We cannot take responsibility for damage caused by incorrect washing, colouring, or styling after purchase.
• Always use recommended hair products and follow our care tips for best results.

 

💕 Returns & Exchanges

• Returns are accepted within7 days of purchase only if the item is in its original condition — not worn, washed, coloured, combed, plucked, or with the lace cut.
• Glueless wigs are non-refundable and non-exchangeablefor hygiene reasons.
• Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

 

💳 Lay-by Policy

• Lay-bys are availablein-store only.
• A40% deposit is required to secure your item.
• The balance must be paidwithin 2 months.
• No refunds or cancellations on lay-bys once the deposit has been made.

 

📸 Website & Social Media

• We love sharing our beautiful hair and happy clients! By allowing us to take photos in-store, you give permission for Wigs and Hair Lounge to use them on our social media and marketing platforms.
